This 9-month full renovation with extension of a single-family home in Wettingen included complete planning, architectural design, and building permit application, along with a new layout featuring attic and basement conversions. The project included new bathrooms, kitchen, flooring, underfloor heating, electrical panel, shutters, and lighting – as well as painting, plastering, asbestos removal, and sewer rehabilitation.
